Registration for #MCAIT2026 grants access to the technical program, keynote sessions, and conference materials. The online form supports non-author attendees and accepted-paper authors in every approved category, with in-person or virtual attendance. Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD), and Moyasar checkout is processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) at the fixed rate of SAR 3.75 per USD 1.

Payment is collected in Saudi Riyals through Moyasar. USD 60 = SAR 225, USD 110 = SAR 412.50, and USD 160 = SAR 600.

Registration Notes

  • All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Moyasar payments are collected in Saudi Riyals (SAR) at the fixed rate of SAR 3.75 per USD 1.
  • The online form supports Attendee (Non-Author), IEEE Member (Author), Non-IEEE Member (Author), Student IEEE Member (Author), and Student Non-Member (Author) registration.
  • Author categories are available only for accepted papers and require the accepted EDAS Paper ID, paper title, and acceptance confirmation.
  • In-person registration follows the Early and Late deadlines; virtual registration uses the approved virtual fee for the selected category.
  • IEEE-member author rates require a valid IEEE membership number. Student author rates require student-status proof and remain subject to eligibility review.
  • Each accepted paper requires at least one full author registration to appear in the proceedings.
  • Additional Page Fee is available in the author form at USD 30 per page. Additional Paper Fee remains coordinated manually by the conference team.
  • Early Registration ends on 5 September 2026 at 23:59 (Asia/Riyadh); Late Registration starts automatically immediately after the Early Registration deadline.
  • Author Registration Deadline is 25 September 2026 and remains the final author-payment deadline for accepted papers.
The official conference portal accepts non-author attendees and authors of accepted papers. In-person rates follow the Early and Late deadlines, while virtual registration uses the approved virtual rate. IEEE and student discounts remain subject to administrator eligibility review.
